## What it does

- Pipeline: kanban deal pipeline with stages, deal values and alerts for stale deals.
- Clients: client records with contacts, tags, custom fields, notes, email history, bulk actions and saved views.
- Proposals and invoices: create and send proposals and invoices, track payment status, e-invoicing fields, recurring subscription invoices.
- Client portal: branded page where a client can view invoices and proposals.
- Projects and tasks: projects with task lists linked to clients.
- Reminders and calendar: follow-up reminders, meetings, daily and weekly email digests.
- Outreach: email drafts that a human approves before anything is sent, reply tracking with threads, suppression list and daily send limits.
- Email: send from the company mailbox (SMTP), Gmail or Outlook.
- Languages: English, Spanish and Estonian interface.

## Claude / MCP integration

Eikr CRM provides a remote MCP server so Claude can read and update CRM data (clients, pipeline, invoices, proposals, projects, reminders, email drafts and replies). Sending email is disabled over MCP: drafts must be approved by a person in the web app.
